Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a role model for Client Advisors by meeting performance expectations in all key business areas.
- Provide product expertise to team members and clients, enhancing the selling ceremony.
- Drive the Men's Ready to Wear business through personal sales and support of team members.
- Collaborate with Team Managers to execute product training and new launches.
- Support client development strategies for the store as an additional resource for the team.

- High level of storytelling ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales leadership in the area of expertise, consistently performing as a top seller.
- Experience in fostering positive client relationships.
