Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team sales objectives for the Watches & Jewellery category.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences and set industry standards for customer service.
  • Proactively engage with clients to build long-term relationships and expand client portfolios.
  • Provide expert advice on product categories, supporting team members with detailed client inquiries.
  • Serve as a style advisor, tailoring product recommendations to client preferences.
  • Contribute to store objectives as a collaborative team player.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, sharing the Louis Vuitton story and product knowledge.
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Demonstrate leadership in clienteling and category ownership.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and market competition.
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandisers to ensure optimal product displays.
  • Partner with the Team Manager to provide feedback on product performance and market trends.
  • Support in-store training and development of peers in product knowledge and selling skills.

Qualifications

  • Appreciation for the Louis Vuitton brand story and craftsmanship.
  • Expertise in Watches & Jewellery sales, including premium and high-end products.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client services.
  • Curiosity and eagerness for continuous learning.
  • GIA or FHH certification preferred.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferred. Professional attitude with a commercial mindset. Entrepreneurial spirit with a sense of curiosity and empathy. Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Watches & Jewellery sector.
