Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales goals, taking responsibility for the sales performance of the focused product category.
- Welcome each client, enhancing their experience and setting an example for delivering the best client experience.
- Closely follow up with existing clients, actively expand new client base, and utilize various CRM tools to build long-term relationships and manage a broad potential client group.
- Provide expert and comprehensive advice on the focused product category, assisting team members with deeper client inquiries when necessary.
- Serve as a trusted style advisor to clients, evaluating their style and offering appropriate product recommendations.
- Actively participate in team efforts to achieve overall store performance targets.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the brand and products.
- Adhere to Louis Vuitton's grooming and conduct standards.
- Understand and implement company policies.
- Act as an ambassador and role model for the focused product category, demonstrating innate passion and enthusiasm.
- Exemplify client relationship management by understanding and developing clients, focusing on building a local client base.
- Gather comprehensive information on competing brands.
- Proactively assist the Client Manager in business development, becoming a key sales force.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure perfect product presentation of the focused category.
- Provide feedback to the Client Manager on product sales, quality, client information, local market trends, competitive brands, and potential opportunities.
- Serve as the in-store information consultant for the focused product category, sharing product passion and inspiring colleagues.
- Collaborate with sales trainers to enhance colleagues' sales skills and product knowledge.
