Role & Responsibilities
- Manage routine business reporting, including weekly and monthly reports for top management, and consolidate store data.
- Support the Vice President in business planning, including sales strategy, competitor analysis, and sales target allocation.
- Coordinate between retail Vice President, regional directors, and store managers for retail projects and ensure follow-up on meetings.
- Arrange business trips, manage itineraries, and prepare market visit documentation.
- Oversee contract and payment management, including event logistics and reimbursements.
- Plan and host quarterly seminars and meetings for regional directors and managers.
- Provide administrative support to the Retail Vice President, including information consolidation and meeting arrangements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an executive support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools.
