Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide effective support to the Vice President of Human Resources in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate and manage daily prioritization, schedules, business appointments, and travel plans for the Vice President of Human Resources.
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of people-related issues.
  • Prepare business communications, presentation materials, and reports.
  • Engage in ad-hoc assignments as required.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, including attendee management, materials preparation, room set-up, meals, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
  • Provide logistical support for organizational activities, conferences, events, and meetings.
  • Assist with special projects and general office tasks as needed or assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of solid working experience as an Executive Assistant.

Skills

Exceptional communication skills in both oral and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Proficiency in computer applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. High integrity and respect for confidentiality. Ability to work under pressure. Positive attitude with good relationship management skills. Proactive, agile, organized, presentable, and detail-oriented.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
