Role & Responsibilities

  • Liaise with suppliers for contract drafting, purchase order creation, invoice receipt, and payments.
  • Manage project, media, and departmental budgets.
  • Attend events across Italy to oversee supplier coordination and guest management, including press, clients, and talents.
  • Develop presentations for ongoing projects, provide constant updates, and compile post-event reports.
  • Independently manage small-scale events.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Department for the production and installation of Media Lightbox in Italian stores.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in event management.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in economic or cultural disciplines.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Italy and be present on-site for the duration of events.
