Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the strategy, calendar and execution of high-end client events and experiences across the EMEA region in close collaboration with regional and central teams.
  • Pilot and supervise in-store and off-site activations, ensuring seamless delivery of premium client experiences.
  • Ensure rigorous application of global brand guidelines and standards across all event touchpoints.
  • Manage operational logistics including material flows, warehouse stock tracking and coordination with local suppliers and production teams across multiple markets.
  • Produce monthly performance reporting for management, including event recaps, KPIs, business impact analyses and strategic recommendations.
  • Work cross-functionally with Worldwide Client Relations to align tools, guidelines and long-term commercial strategies.

Qualifications

  • Current Master 1 or Master 2 student, or a junior candidate with an initial professional experience in events or clienteling.
  • Prior experience in retail or luxury environments strongly preferred.
  • Professional-level fluency in English, both written and spoken, suited to an international context.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation purposes.
  • Strong appetite for data, reporting and performance analysis; demonstrated analytical rigour.
  • Excellent organisational skills and proven ability to coordinate multi-market projects and events.
  • Polished interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, curious and adaptable to a fast-moving international luxury environment.

Experience

Entry-level: student in Master 1 or Master 2, or junior candidate with a first experience in events and/or clienteling, ideally within retail or the luxury sector.

Education

Enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s programme (Master 1 or Master 2) or equivalent higher education in event management, marketing, luxury management or a related field.
