Role & Responsibilities
- Support the organization of regional client events, including supplier coordination, logistics, and on-site execution.
- Assist in preparing presentations for Head Office and stores prior to events.
- Monitor budgets, update tracking files, and manage the creation and follow-up of Purchase Orders.
- Conduct post-event reporting, including photo selection, guest attendance, and ROI analysis.
- Conduct market research for new suppliers and competitive benchmarking.
- Support the implementation of PR and media-related marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Track, analyze, and report on press coverage and media clippings weekly and monthly.
- Coordinate with PR agencies and Paris HQ for press days, product launches, trips, and events.
- Prepare and adapt PR materials for local usage.
- Assist in photoshoot planning and logistics, including liaising with stylists and managing samples.
- Support influencer relations, including product gifting and loans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Internship agreement provided by the university is mandatory.
- Strong command of English; knowledge of Dutch, French, Polish, or Nordic languages is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Experience in retail or luxury is a plus, but not mandatory. Suitable for beginners.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
