Role & Responsibilities
- Provide ergonomic advice during the industrialization and launch of new products, focusing on technical, individual, and organizational aspects.
- Conduct ergonomic analyses and lead action plans.
- Collaborate with teams to define technical and organizational solutions.
- Assist in managing health alerts in collaboration with the site nurse and oversee the health plan, including updating matrices of versatility and measuring team rotation.
- Participate in the site's Health Steering Committee.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Ergonomics, Sports Science, or Human Sciences.

Education
Master's degree in Ergonomics, Sports Science, or Human Sciences (in progress).
