Role & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate health initiatives among employees, focusing on occupational health by integrating physical, cognitive, and organizational ergonomics into production lines, work situations, tools, and industrial means.
  • Monitor the implementation of versatility matrices.
  • Conduct ergonomic studies of various positions on production lines.
  • Collaborate with project teams to define technical and organizational solutions.
  • Perform job analyses.
  • Track pain alerts in collaboration with the site nurse.
  • Oversee pre-shift warm-up sessions, ensuring proper training of facilitators and smooth execution.
  • Maintain and report on occupational health indicators in collaboration with the nurse and HSE Manager.
  • Participate in additional tasks as motivated by personal interests and departmental projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a master's degree in ergonomics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Skills

Interest in fieldwork and activity analysis. Proficiency in ergonomic assessments. Organizational and meticulous approach. Creativity and ability to propose innovative solutions.

Experience

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Education

Currently pursuing a master's degree in ergonomics.
