Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the health initiative for employees in collaboration with the HR and health teams.
- Ensure workplace health prevention by integrating physical, cognitive, and organizational ergonomics into production lines, work situations, tools, and industrial means.
- Conduct ergonomic analyses of various positions on manufacturing lines.
- Collaborate with project teams to define technical and organizational solutions.
- Monitor pain alerts in coordination with the site nurse.
- Track and report workplace health indicators in collaboration with the nurse-ergonomist and HSE Manager.
- Develop ergonomics in the industrialization of new products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Ergonomics or a related field.
Skills
Experience
Ideally, candidates should have some initial experience in the field of ergonomics.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Ergonomics or equivalent.
