Role & Responsibilities
- Support the HSE Manager and occupational nurse to integrate safety, health and environmental considerations into daily operations and projects.
- Assist managers with risk analyses and contribute to the implementation and follow-up of risk-reduction action plans.
- Develop and deploy machine safety datasheets and participate in on-site safety audits.
- Contribute to new-hire safety inductions and deliver safety training and awareness actions.
- Improve management of personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow up associated actions.
- Support maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification requirements, including regulatory watch and corrective action tracking.
- Participate in environmental working groups, improve waste sorting (awareness campaigns, communications) and maintain the waste register.
- Contribute to the follow-up and remediation of reported hazardous situations, minor first-aid incidents and accidents.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an engineering school, business school or equivalent program (apprenticeship/alternance).
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI is recommended.
- Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity and adaptability.
- Genuine interest in environmental protection, safety and sustainable practices.

Entry-level; suitable for candidates with little or no professional experience who are currently enrolled in an engineering, environmental or business programme and seeking an apprenticeship placement.
Education
Currently enrolled in an engineering school, business school or equivalent higher-education programme (apprenticeship/alternance).
