Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ecommerce operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Establish and track sales forecasts on a yearly, monthly, and weekly basis.
- Manage daily store operations to maximize business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize operational plans.
- Oversee TP operation management.
- Monitor and improve website performance metrics to enhance customer experience.
- Analyze data to evaluate store operation effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 7+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry.
- Experience in luxury fashion and/or beauty brands preferred.
- Experience with marketplace stores such as Tmall or JD.
- Fluency in English is a plus.

Education
