Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital merchandising strategy aligned with brand image and marketing objectives.
  • Ensure digital merchandising meets luxury standards, providing an engaging online shopping experience.
  • Execute precise product selection strategies based on online consumption data and market trends.
  • Optimize product assortments through data-driven recommendations, focusing on ROI, inventory turnover, and average order value.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from selection to delisting, enhancing user experience and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute digital commerce campaigns for new product launches.
  • Lead a team of e-merchandisers, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure successful execution of strategies across regions.
  • Generate insights from sales reports and inventory analysis to inform product selection and pricing strategies.
  • Formulate personalized product recommendation strategies to improve user repurchase rate and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, e-commerce, fashion management, business analysis, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.

Skills

Ability to identify business opportunities from market trends and formulate action plans. Strong skills in team building, goal setting, and performance management. Excellent coordination and conflict-resolution skills in multinational collaborations. In-depth understanding of luxury e-commerce operations and consumer behavior. Creative mindset with a strong aesthetic sense. Attention to detail and ability to manage complex product information accurately.

Experience

Solid experience in e-commerce merchandise management and luxury or high-end fashion. Proven success in managing full-process product operation and marketing.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in marketing, e-commerce, fashion management, business analysis, or related fields.
