Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Distribution Planning team in optimising order processing flows in close collaboration with the Order Management (ADV) team: identify performance gains, propose solutions and support their implementation.
- Contribute to the buy‑back process for workshop overstocks: assist in identifying candidate stock, help formalise the buy‑back process and build associated KPIs, and monitor performance.
- Assist in preparing and following distribution plans based on forecasts, including participation in material allocation decisions under capacity or supply tensions.
- Compile and consolidate distribution performance data; prepare regular reporting on KPIs (distribution, ticketing, stockouts) and contribute to performance analysis and improvement proposals.
- Participate in cross‑functional Supply Chain projects and continuous improvement initiatives, applying analytical methods and academic knowledge to recommend process optimisations.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master’s programme (Bac+4/5) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Production Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) is required.
- Familiarity with SAP and/or Power BI is a strong advantage.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data and produce actionable recommendations.
- Rigour, organisation, curiosity and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude; ability to adapt in a dynamic industrial environment.

Experience
Entry‑level internship suitable for Master’s students. Prior internships or coursework in supply chain, logistics or production planning are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a Master’s degree (M1/M2) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Production Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
