Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing e-commerce operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Support the tracking and analysis of store performance against sales targets.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and identify sales trends.
  • Execute daily store operations and assist in business monitoring to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct regular monitoring of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist in implementing operational projects based on team direction.
  • Monitor key website performance metrics and enhance customer experience through user interface improvements.
  • Support data collection and reporting for store operation effectiveness evaluation.
  • Analyze and interpret operational data to identify business challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support communication across different functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
  • Understanding of digital and business fundamentals.
  • Exposure to luxury fashion/beauty brands preferred.
  • Experience supporting marketplace stores (Tmall/JD); Experience in running a mini program store (e.g., WeChat) is a plus.

Skills

Basic problem-solving skills with ability to work in fast-paced environments. Basic data analysis capability with willingness to develop business acumen. Good communication skills. Quick learner, proactive attitude, detail-oriented, team player.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within the luxury fashion or beauty sectors.

Education

Bachelor's degree or above.
