Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation, evolution, and support of digital initiatives within an Agile framework.
  • Collaborate with local business teams to identify and resolve issues, collect and validate enhancements, and customize solutions with developers.
  • Coordinate with HQ for core enhancement setup, development, and solution support.
  • Provide critical business operation support for digital retail, retail stores, and offsite events.
  • Collaborate with Customer Solutions team members to improve skills.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with multiple teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building and managing digital solutions.
  • Experience managing payment services including credit card, bank transfer, and alternative payments.
  • Proficiency in business-level Japanese and English with strong communication and presentation skills.

Skills

Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Google Analytics. Troubleshooting skills, including system log analysis. Experience with integration products like Mulesoft and LINE API. Familiarity with IT management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow. Project management skills. Experience in multicultural and diverse work environments.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital solutions management.
