Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation, evolution, and support of digital initiatives within an Agile framework.
- Collaborate with local business teams to identify and resolve issues, collect and validate enhancements, and customize solutions with developers.
- Coordinate with HQ for core enhancement setup, development, and solution support.
- Provide critical business operation support for digital retail, retail stores, and offsite events.
- Collaborate with Customer Solutions team members to improve skills.
- Maintain effective working relationships with multiple teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building and managing digital solutions.
- Experience managing payment services including credit card, bank transfer, and alternative payments.
- Proficiency in business-level Japanese and English with strong communication and presentation skills.
