Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily eCommerce order operations, including handling orders, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
- Monitor order status and workflows daily to ensure smooth shipping and fulfillment processes.
- Oversee customer pick-up orders and manage outbound communication for uncollected orders.
- Track store-sourced order status and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely processing.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for digital projects, including test execution, issue tracking, and follow-up.
- Gather and organize insights from recurring issues or complaints to support future planning and improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Up to 2 years of experience in eCommerce
- Fluency in English
