Role & Responsibilities

  • Optimize the product catalog and assortment for assigned categories across digital platforms.
  • Manage and coordinate the e-merchandising process from product creation to online publication, ensuring timelines are met.
  • Ensure product information accuracy and oversee the launch and online animation of new collections.
  • Coordinate the creation and availability of assets, collaborating with Marketing, Merchandising, Communication, and other teams.
  • Enhance product presentation and category visibility through visual merchandising and offer segmentation.
  • Develop cross-selling strategies to promote the brand image and increase sales.
  • Support regional teams in implementing e-merchandising strategies.
  • Analyze customer journey and business performance to optimize merchandising objectives.
  • Create and consolidate sales and visit reports to guide e-merchandising actions and improve online navigation.
  • Propose and test new approaches aligned with global strategies for key events, conducting regular competitive analysis.
  • Participate in front and back office product catalog evolution projects and implement new functionalities.

Qualifications

  • Degree from a business school or equivalent.

Skills

Solution-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset. Analytical and detail-oriented. Strong prioritization skills. Project management expertise. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Google Analytics is advantageous. Fluent in English and French.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in digital merchandising or e-commerce project management is required.

Education

Degree from a business school or equivalent.
