Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the procurement and quality control of diamonds for Jewelry and High Jewelry collections in collaboration with Supply Chain, Creation Studio, and other departments.
  • Participate in the development and launch of High Jewelry collections, including diamond quoting and supplier management.
  • Oversee the implementation of diamond specifications and monitor product developments.
  • Contribute to the execution of Jewelry production plans, including supply planning and order management.
  • Develop and update diamond pricing and manage supplier relationships.
  • Conduct performance analysis and market research to inform purchasing strategies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Stone Service, including compliance policy implementation and tool development.

Qualifications

  • Formal education in Gemology.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a stone service department.

Skills

Proficiency in IT tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SAP. Passion for Jewelry and High Jewelry, with a strong material sensitivity. Autonomy and proactive approach. Dynamic and agile to meet the demands of a rapidly growing business. Attention to detail and precision to uphold excellence standards. Strong interpersonal skills with empathy and flexibility. Fluency in English.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the luxury jewelry industry.

Education

Formal education in Gemology.
