Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement project initiatives, including developing comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, and organizing resources to achieve milestones.
  • Select and evaluate potential new suppliers to ensure high standards in quality, competence, and technology.
  • Manage and coordinate the Industrial Team, assigning tasks, clarifying roles, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all project-related communications, ensuring clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risks, developing strategies to mitigate them and coordinating issue resolution.
  • Create and manage project budgets, estimating costs, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
  • Oversee quality control by monitoring project deliverables and ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Track and report project performance against predefined metrics, taking corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Proven management experience as a team leader and coordinator.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management roles.
  • Experience with risk management principles and techniques.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management.

Skills

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in project management roles, with proven experience in team leadership and coordination.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as project management or engineering is preferred.
