Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the construction of cross-functional data processes in collaboration with Master Data and other data-producing departments.
- Formalize decisions and document processes following workshops.
- Monitor action plans and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with industry experts to define change management strategies.
- Provide necessary elements for e-learning development to the training team.
- Organize and collect user feedback post-deployment.
- Support the definition of cross-functional processes to address existing process issues or implement new processes.
- Assist in deploying parts of the process within a department, gathering tool and KPI evolution needs.
- Ensure deadlines are met and action plans are followed.
- Contribute to communication efforts, explaining operational impacts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3 to Bac +4) in Business or Engineering.
- Experience in cross-functional process work and/or project management.
