Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the global CRM & Client Development team in the implementation of the worldwide CRM strategy across One-to-Many and One-to-One programs.
  • Coordinate and validate CRM communications in collaboration with product and communications teams, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor, consolidate and report on CRM campaign performance and KPIs to inform optimization and stakeholder updates.
  • Manage campaign scheduling across channels (email, push notifications, SMS, Social CRM) in partnership with local CRM and communications teams.
  • Prepare and coordinate all operational tasks for email routing via Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign tracking, local support, testing and validation.
  • Contribute to the development of message calendars and templates for Sales Advisors to support personalized One-to-One engagement.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in Master 1 or Master 2 (business school, communications or equivalent).
  • Strong interest in luxury, fashion and client-centric digital marketing.
  • High attention to detail, curiosity, adaptability and strong organisational skills.
  • Professional proficiency in French and English.
  • Solid proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.

Experience

Entry-level; suitable for a Master 1 or Master 2 student. Prior exposure to CRM campaigns and marketing technology is advantageous but not required.
