Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global press relations strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify press content needs and negotiate with media and agencies for optimal conditions.
  • Participate in creating storytelling for institutional projects.
  • Supervise all press relations activities and resources.
  • Cultivate media relationships and evaluate press campaign effectiveness, making necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate closely with headquarters and regional teams to tailor strategies to market specifics.
  • Ensure smooth communication with field teams to gather feedback and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Organize regular training sessions for regional and local press relations managers.
  • Promote the use of digital technologies to enhance press relations processes.
  • Develop online management tools and communication platforms to complement in-person initiatives.
  • Monitor trends and innovations, integrating them into company programs.
  • Establish KPIs to measure press campaign effectiveness and prepare regular progress reports for management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Autonomous and proactive work style.
  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent writing skills in French.
  • Strong affinity for the luxury sector, demonstrating excellence, rigor, attention to detail, and creativity.
