Role & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational accounting support to stores and the regional accounting team.
- Handle invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and sales reconciliations.
- Assist with Capex monitoring and related reporting.
- Contribute to declarations and compliance tasks, including VAT, Intrastat, and statistics.
- Support in monthly closings and financial reporting.
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders such as suppliers, stores, and business partners.
- Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements and running costs.
- Follow up on actuals versus budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Controlling, Finance, or a related field.
- Internship agreement provided by the university is mandatory.
