Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Production Manager and team leaders to lead ORPA (Order, Cleanliness, Improvement) initiatives while ensuring safety, quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
  • Conduct critical analyses of current processes to identify inefficiencies.
  • Propose and implement improvement actions on production lines.
  • Facilitate the gradual establishment of a more organized and safer work environment to minimize accident risks and enhance working conditions.
  • Draft standard documentation aimed at improving ORPA-related topics.
  • Assist team leaders in monitoring and reducing non-conforming products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Ideally, some experience in an industrial setting.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Lean Management methodologies, such as 5S. Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and adaptability. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset. Proactive and capable of thriving in a demanding environment.

Experience

Entry-level experience, ideally with some exposure to an industrial environment.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
