Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Methods & Continuous Improvement team in the industrialization of new atelier products, defining manufacturing processes and work instructions.
- Analyse production lines and implement measures to improve throughput, yield and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Define, deploy and sustain production standards while driving incremental and breakthrough innovations to raise operational performance.
- Integrate safety, occupational health, environmental and quality requirements into process improvements and daily operations.
- Lead two priority projects: structuring EXO repair workflows to reduce exotic repairs, and finalising the Synchro sector performance optimisation (Greenbelt project).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (production, quality, maintenance, supply chain) to implement and industrialise agreed solutions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 engineering, business or equivalent programme with specialization in industrial engineering, methods, production or continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated problem‑solving ability and comfort with data‑driven decision making.
- Proven team orientation, interpersonal skills and ability to work in field environments.
- Adaptability and organisational rigor to manage concurrent operational improvement projects.
Skills
Experience
Entry‑level / beginner. Suited to a student in work‑study (alternance) with academic exposure to industrial engineering or continuous improvement; prior internships or operational experience in a manufacturing environment are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 engineering school, business school or equivalent with a specialization in industrial engineering, methods, production or continuous improvement.
