Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with the Continuous Improvement Manager and Team Leaders to enhance the preparation sector.
- Conduct diagnostics using standard lean manufacturing tools.
- Identify root causes of material waste, repair needs, and non-performance issues.
- Perform Pareto analysis and identify actionable improvements using analytical tools such as 5M and 5P.
- Implement progress actions, establish indicators, and monitor the advancement of action plans.
- Facilitate DMAIC processes.
- Work on line layout and flow improvements.
- Participate in performance enhancement projects.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in industrial production or continuous improvement (equivalent to BAC+4 or BAC+5).
- Ideally possess initial experience in an industrial setting, such as through an internship.

Entry-level, ideally with some exposure to industrial environments through internships.
Education
