Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with the Methods Engineer and Team Leaders to enhance the components sector.
- Conduct diagnostics using lean manufacturing tools.
- Identify causes of material losses, repairs, and non-performance.
- Perform Pareto analysis and identify actions using analytical tools such as 5M and 5P.
- Implement progress actions, establish indicators, and monitor the action plan's progress.
- Lead DMAIC initiatives.
- Work on line layout and flow improvements.
- Participate in performance improvement workshops.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in industrial production or continuous improvement (equivalent to BAC+4 or BAC+5).
- Ideally, possess initial experience in an industrial setting through internships.
