Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to production development by enhancing capacity, flexibility, and performance through continuous improvement methodologies like 5S.
- Define production equipment and tooling needs, implementing manufacturing lines while adhering to budget and timelines.
- Participate in the deployment and maintenance of production standards.
- Define production processes in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Lead continuous improvement projects focusing on safety, ergonomics, quality, reliability, and productivity, ensuring return on investment.
- Engage in daily activities with team leaders and leather craftsmen in the assigned sector.
- Improve the manufacturing cost of high-value products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in industrial production, continuous improvement, or quality.
- Ideally, some experience in an industrial environment.
