Role & Responsibilities
- Propose and implement improvements on existing and new logistics processes, including critical analysis of current operations and creation of optimized procedures.
- Organize relocations and zoning, enhance workstation ergonomics, and disseminate best practices.
- Lead on-site projects to improve productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics using Lean methods such as risk analysis, problem-solving, and 5S.
- Estimate potential gains, plan necessary resources, manage schedules, coordinate stakeholders, and achieve set goals and timelines.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school (Bac +4/5) with a specialization in industrial methods or Lean Management.
- Interest in industrial optimization and familiarity with Lean tools (5S, VSM, DMAIC, 5P, 5M).
- Proficiency in office tools such as Excel and Power BI for data analysis and report generation.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a valuable asset.
- Fluent in English.
