Role & Responsibilities

  • Propose and implement improvements on existing and new logistics processes, including critical analysis, creation, simplification, and optimization of operational modes.
  • Organize relocations and zoning to enhance workplace ergonomics and disseminate best practices.
  • Lead on-site projects to improve productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics using Lean methods, such as risk analysis, problem-solving, 5S, PDCA, and DMAIC.
  • Quantify potential gains, plan resource allocation, manage schedules, coordinate stakeholders, and achieve targeted gains and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering school (Bac +4/5) with a specialization in industrial methods or Lean Management.

Skills

Proficiency in office tools such as Excel and Power BI for data analysis and report generation. Mastery of Lean tools (5S, DMAIC, 5P, 5M, VSM). Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous. Fluency in English. Ability to work methodically and logically, demonstrating rigor in data analysis and problem-solving. Teamwork and effective collaboration skills. Empathy, listening, and understanding abilities. Capability to work autonomously and take initiative. Proactive in anticipating needs and organizing tasks efficiently. Interest in hands-on field experiences.
