Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in defining production processes.
- Establish operational methods and create workstation documentation.
- Determine requirements for production equipment and tooling.
- Assist in the implementation of production lines, adhering to budget and timelines.
- Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects focusing on safety, ergonomics, quality, reliability, and productivity.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of deployed projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Bac+4/5) specializing in industrial production, continuous improvement, and/or quality.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, although previous exposure to an industrial environment is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
