Role & Responsibilities

  • Initiate improvements in workshop production processes.
  • Lead on-site projects to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics, ensuring adherence to manufacturing timelines.
  • Develop methods and tools within a team that values individual initiative.
  • Serve as a key player in defining and applying standards for optimal production.
  • Cultivate a culture of benchmarking across workshops in France and Europe.
  • Engage in daily activities with team leaders and leather craftsmen in the assigned sector.
  • Contribute to cost reduction in the production of high-value products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Production, Continuous Improvement, Quality, or Manufacturing (Level BAC+4/5).
  • Ideally, some experience in an industrial setting.

Strong analytical skills. High level of rigor and autonomy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Dynamic, curious, and innovative mindset. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools and IT applications. Environmental consciousness and commitment to sustainability goals.

Experience

Entry-level experience in an industrial environment is preferred.
