Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the client’s first point of contact in store, greeting guests with courtesy and setting the tone for a superior Louis Vuitton experience.
  • Build and sustain genuine client relationships by assessing needs and directing clients to appropriate departments and product universes.
  • Manage the store’s daily appointment calendar and coordinate in-store events to ensure seamless client journeys.
  • Partner with the Client Experience team and broader store staff to optimise back-of-house efficiency and client flow.
  • Support achievement of individual and team goals, including contributing to sales and client retention initiatives.
  • Maintain discretion and integrity when handling confidential client information and requests.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or concierge services.
  • Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal communication and relationship-building with high-net-worth clients.
  • Polished professional presentation and high standards of personal conduct.
  • Ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Reliability, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
