Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce and distribute internal communication materials across channels (digital screens, posters and intranet).
  • Support the animation and engagement of internal communications programmes for the Issoudun-Condé workshops.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of internal events and project logistics.
  • Conceive and produce photo and video content aligned with the HR service’s activities.
  • Lead two designated projects: the conception of the "Fil en Aiguille" initiative and the analysis of communication data to evaluate impact and optimise strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR Communications Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality of messaging.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master-level programme (Bac+4/5) in Communication or Human Resources with a specialisation in communication.
  • Available for a one-year alternance starting end of August / September 2026 and able to work on site in Issoudun–Condé (Centre‑Val de Loire).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, creativity and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated interest or basic competence in multimedia production (photo/video) and internal communications.
  • Familiarity with Canva is a plus.

Experience

Entry-level. No prior full-time professional experience required; academic projects, internships or practical coursework in communication are valued.

Education
