Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the clienteling team to foster a high-performance, client-first culture that aligns with Maison standards.
- Serve as a visible store leader, cultivating meaningful relationships with clients and elevating the in-store experience.
- Define and execute clienteling action plans and recruitment strategies to grow loyalty, conversion and long-term client value.
- Analyse client performance metrics and translate insights into targeted, measurable commercial initiatives to exceed KPIs.
- Develop curated experiences, activations and personalised outreach for VICs and high-potential clients.
- Empower and mentor Clienteling Captains to ensure consistent outreach and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with store and cross-functional partners to align merchandising and operations with client-centric objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business development and client acquisition.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in retail leadership, preferably within premium or luxury brands.
- Proven track record of managing and developing teams to achieve commercial targets.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience translating CRM and client insights into business outcomes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong aptitude for relationship-building.
- Ability to mentor and develop talent, fostering leadership within the clienteling function.
- Resilience, agility and a commitment to delivering exemplary client experiences.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive retail experience with proven team management in premium or luxury retail, including hands-on clienteling and CRM-driven commercial results.
Education
Tertiary qualification in Business, Retail Management, Marketing or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional retail experience accepted.
