Join Louis Vuitton in Madrid as a Clienteling Coordinator. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to engage with high-end clients across Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel, Kazakhstan, and Turkey.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire event lifecycle from concept creation to post-event follow-up, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
  • Analyze event performance, extract key attendance figures, and generate comprehensive reports.
  • Develop and maintain ICON templates, optimize client profiles, and resolve system bugs.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of clienteling campaigns, generate reports, and manage client data.
  • Prepare and deliver strategic business reviews and comprehensive store reports.
  • Support strategic initiatives, including mobility for the Resort season and clienteling community engagement.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from Business School/University with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within international luxury retail companies.
  • Availability to work from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Skills

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and ability to connect with others. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in French is a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

Education

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
