Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive high-end and VIC business across Northern California, Washington, and Oregon.
  • Partner with store leadership to enhance client retention and recruit high-potential clients.
  • Lead client-focused initiatives and activations to deliver elevated client experiences.
  • Support team development and ensure consistent execution of high-end strategies.
  • Leverage data, market insights, and digital tools to enhance commercial performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or a similar role.
  • Proven track record in driving high-end sales and client engagement.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

Skills

Proficiency in leveraging data and digital tools for client relationship management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in client relations or a similar capacity within the luxury fashion industry is required.
