Louis Vuitton (Paris) seeks a Client Insights Data Analyst to transform customer data into strategic dashboards and KPIs for the Digital & Client Development team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Translate customer data into actionable analyses and maintain operational dashboards to inform commercial and engagement strategies.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders (Merchandising, Retail, CRM and others) to elicit analytical requirements, audit data sources and deliver bespoke analyses.
  • Define, track and report on KPIs to measure the performance of customer engagement initiatives and identify areas for optimisation.
  • Collaborate with the client data team to develop, industrialise and govern the client BI estate to ensure consistent use of customer data across business teams.
  • Lead and animate the regional network of data analysts by providing training, support and best‑practice guidance to foster data literacy and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school or equivalent university qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in data analysis with strong SQL expertise, ideally applied to customer data within Luxury or Retail environments.
  • Proven ability to work with and influence non‑technical business stakeholders.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Experience

At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in data analysis and SQL, preferably focused on customer or CRM datasets within a luxury or retail context.

Education

Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Business, Data Science or equivalent.
