Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the client development strategy for India, reporting to the General Manager.
- Guide and support the store team in client engagement, recruitment, and relationship building.
- Develop and train the team in clienteling activities, focusing on top, new, and other clients.
- Propose and manage action plans, tools, and events to enhance client engagement.
- Ensure the use of digital tools to maximize client benefits and train the team on clienteling tools like ICON and VOICE.
- Support store management in setting targets for client repurchase and propose creative actions for client groups.
- Work with the Zone team to prepare reports and analyses to support clienteling objectives.
- Oversee the development and execution of an annual events calendar, including project management and coordination.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 7 years in luxury retail or high-end hospitality.
- Demonstrated track record in a similar role.
