Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Digital Client Development Manager EMEA of Louis Vuitton Client Services Europe.
  • Assist in organizing Clienteling actions.
  • Manage databases and perform administrative tasks including reporting and client list extractions.
  • Provide public relations and communication support through press reviews, editorial updates, and event coordination.
  • Monitor Clienteling KPIs and drive necessary actions.
  • Organize virtual bridges and optimize ICON usage.
  • Analyze client base and provide insights and performance reports.
  • Assist in developing action plans aligned with the Maison’s priorities.
  • Implement contact strategies to reengage clients based on profiles.
  • Adapt tools and content according to strategic priorities.
  • Assist in private client relations for top VIPs in the region.
  • Support international events.
  • Explore reporting opportunities for the Clienteling team and share KPI reports.
  • Liaise with the EMEA team in Paris for continuous progress reporting.
  • Analyze clientele dynamics to identify development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's level internship agreement required.
  • Fluency in English.

Skills

Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Proactive and people-oriented approach. Service-minded and a team player.

Experience

Beginner level experience suitable for an internship role.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's internship agreement required.
