Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level client service through phone and video calls.
  • Manage and follow up on client repair requests until completion.
  • Utilize client service techniques and product repair knowledge.
  • Achieve organizational KPIs, including lead time responsiveness and accuracy in assessments.
  • Drive and achieve personal and team goals.

Qualifications

  • College degree or above.
  • Preferred 3 years of experience in customer service, retail sales, or aftersales.
  • Proactive client excellence awareness and service skills.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team with a commercial mindset.

Experience
