Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-level client service through phone and video calls.
- Manage and follow up on client repair requests until completion.
- Utilize client service techniques and product repair knowledge.
- Achieve organizational KPIs, including lead time responsiveness and accuracy in assessments.
- Drive and achieve personal and team goals.
Qualifications
- College degree or above.
- Preferred 3 years of experience in customer service, retail sales, or aftersales.
- Proactive client excellence awareness and service skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team with a commercial mindset.
