Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand with a focus on after-sales service.
- Ensure clients are informed at all stages of the repair process, enhancing the overall client experience.
- Consistently follow up with clients regarding their items or inquiries, offering creative solutions and recommendations.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the brand's technological aspects, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to define efficient Back of House processes to support the client experience.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance client interactions.

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role.
