Role & Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve individual and team sales goals, taking accountability for sales results.
• Welcome each client and provide the best client experience.
• Advise clients across all product categories and the brand.
• Build long-term relationships with clients using various clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty.
• Participate as a team member in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
• Learn and master brand and product knowledge.
• Adhere to Louis Vuitton's grooming and behavior standards.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Full-time college degree or above.
• Over two years of experience in luxury retail or related service industry.
• Background in high-end ready-to-wear, footwear, jewelry, and watches is preferred.
• Proactive sales awareness and service skills.
• Diligent, eager to learn, with a strong team spirit.
• Standard Mandarin, with conversational English preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
