Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives, being accountable for sales results.
  • Welcome every client and provide the best client experience.
  • Advise clients across the brand and all product categories.
  • Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty.
  • Perform as a team player, participating in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
  • Learn and master brand and product knowledge.
  • Respect Louis Vuitton brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior.
  • Follow the company’s policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Full-time college degree or higher.
  • More than two years of experience in luxury retail or related service industry.
  • Background in high-end ready-to-wear, footwear, and watch products is preferred.
  • Proactive sales awareness and service skills.
  • Diligent, eager to learn, with a strong team spirit.
  • Standard Mandarin, with conversational English preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.
