Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized sales and aftercare for Louis Vuitton clients through in‑store consultations and follow‑up.
- Sell Louis Vuitton products and perform related operational duties, acting as a brand ambassador who connects clients with the maison.
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with high‑value clients, prioritizing trust and bespoke service.
- Manage high‑ticket transactions and complex commercial conversations for premium categories.
- Work assigned shifts within the store schedule (rotating shifts; typical working hours outlined by store).
- Contribute to store performance targets and participate in coaching, merchandising and store activities as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- Native‑level proficiency in Japanese.
- Proven ability to cultivate long‑term client relationships and manage high‑value sales.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of retail or client‑facing sales experience; experience within luxury brands, department stores or select shops and external sales channels is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or tertiary education in fashion, retail or a related discipline preferred.
