Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑touch client experiences that embody the Louis Vuitton brand and convert relationships into sales.
- Act as a brand ambassador: communicate product story, heritage and craftsmanship with authenticity and passion.
- Manage and grow a client portfolio through proactive clientelling, follow‑up and relationship management.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store KPIs through consultative selling, upselling and cross‑selling.
- Maintain impeccable personal presentation and ensure store visual and service standards are consistently upheld.
- Collaborate with the retail team to contribute to a high‑performing, service‑driven store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' proven experience in luxury retail, high‑end hospitality or client‑facing sales roles.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse clientele.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanour appropriate to luxury retail.
- Right to work in Australia and availability to work on site across Sydney locations (CBD, Airport, Bondi).
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury retail, upscale hospitality or other client‑centric sales environments, with evidence of achieving sales targets and developing long‑term client relationships.
Education
No formal tertiary qualification required; completion of secondary education or equivalent is preferred. Formal retail or sales training is advantageous.
