Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives.
- Welcome every client and provide the best client experience.
- Advise clients across the brand and all product categories.
- Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, fostering brand loyalty.
- Perform as a team player and participate in activities contributing to the store's overall objectives.
- Learn and master brand and product knowledge.
- Respect Louis Vuitton brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior.
- Follow the company’s policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Full-time diploma or higher education.
- Two or more years of experience in luxury retail or related service industry.
- Background in high-end ready-to-wear, footwear, or watches is preferred.
- Proactive sales awareness and service skills.
- Diligent, eager to learn, and a good team player.
- Proficiency in Mandarin; basic English is preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
