Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives.
  • Welcome every client and provide the best client experience.
  • Advise clients across the brand and all product categories.
  • Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, fostering brand loyalty.
  • Perform as a team player and participate in activities contributing to the store's overall objectives.
  • Learn and master brand and product knowledge.
  • Respect Louis Vuitton brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior.
  • Follow the company’s policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Full-time diploma or higher education.
  • Two or more years of experience in luxury retail or related service industry.
  • Background in high-end ready-to-wear, footwear, or watches is preferred.
  • Proactive sales awareness and service skills.
  • Diligent, eager to learn, and a good team player.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin; basic English is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.

Experience
