Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience in line with Louis Vuitton standards at every touchpoint.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets; own and report on personal sales performance.
  • Proactively develop and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty.
  • Support clients across the full product assortment and advise on product features, fit and styling.
  • Participate actively in teamwork and boutique activities that contribute to overall commercial objectives.
  • Acquire and maintain deep product knowledge and mastery of brand identity and luxury selling techniques.
  • Adhere to company policies, grooming and behavioural standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in luxury retail or premium sales with demonstrable clienteling results.
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong clienteling skills, commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset.
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible retail hours.
  • Professional presentation and adherence to brand grooming standards.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in retail or luxury sales with proven ability to build and sustain client relationships and meet sales objectives.

Education
